Cancellation & Refund Policy

BestWay Solution believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of purchase. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the software license key or access credentials have been issued or if the service has been demonstrably accessed or utilized.
- BestWay Solution reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for services or products clearly marked as non-refundable upon access or download. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case the software product received is non-functional, corrupted, or cannot be activated, please report this to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the issue has been verified and reproduced by BestWay Solution technical staff. This should be reported within 7 days of access confirmation.
- In case you feel that the software or digital service received is not as shown on the site or does not meet the documented performance specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving access. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding software that come with a warranty from the software developer or third-party licensor, please refer the issue directly to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the BestWay Solution, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Digital Access and Delivery Policy

For buyers, software and digital services purchased from BestWay Solution are delivered electronically. This typically includes the provision of a download link, license key, or access credentials provided through email.
Digital access, licenses, or download instructions are delivered electronically within 0-7 days or as per the access date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
BestWay Solution is not liable for delays in access caused by factors outside our control, such as user network or hardware issues, or email server delays, and only guarantees to transmit the access credentials or license key electronically within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the access date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
